Step 2: Proposals
telRouter's strength lies in its seasoned VoIP team who will carefully review your office setup and needs and send you a proposal to help you install a new IP-PBX system from scratch or overhaul your existing system. We can also help you gradually move from your old system to an advanced VoIP phone system.
Custom designing will be useful in designing a new IVR, ring groups and call queues. If we can't do it, we will be happy to let you know who can do it.
Step 2: Implementation and Support
telRouter has tie-ups with various resellers in your area who will implement the approved system and help you transition all of your employees to the new phone system. They will also be your first line of support for any help or issues you might have regarding your telRouter system.
